Detailed Itinerary
DAY 1: NAIROBI – AMBOSELI
8:30 am. Depart from your Nairobi hotel for Amboseli. You will pass through the Athi plains the home of the proud Masai tribe to Amboseli National Park a place of stark contrast arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive introduces you to Amboseli National Park which is dominated by Mount Kilimanjaro the highest Mountain in Africa. Diner and overnight at the lodge.

DAY 2: AMBOSELI FULL DAY
After breakfast, proceed for an early morning pre-breakfast game drive. Return to the campsite for breakfast. After breakfast, a further game drive where plains game including Zebra, wildebeest, giraffe and various antelopes can be seen. You will have lunch and leisure break at the lodge then end with an evening game drive, looking out for the peak of Kilimanjaro which may be seen in clear weather from the observation hill. Large herds of elephant and hippo can be seen bathing swamp grounds whose water source is Mt. Kilimanjaro. All meals and overnight at the lodge.

DAY 3: AMBOSELI – LAKE NAKURU
Depart early after breakfast and you will be driven to Lake Nakuru arriving in time for lunch. Embark on the evening game drive in Lake Nakuru Park, known for its prolific birdlife including flamingoes. The park contains a sanctuary for the conservation of the white rhino while species like Cape buffalo and waterbuck can be seen near the shoreline. Diner and overnight at the lodge.

DAY 4: LAKE NAKURU – MASAI MARA
After breakfast depart for the Masai Mara Game Reserve arriving in time for lunch. Later proceed for an evening game drive, tracking various animal species and birds with your driver/guide. Dinner and overnight at the Lodge.

DAY 5: MASAI MARA
After breakfast proceed on a full day of game viewing within the reserve. The landscape here is scenic savannah grassland on rolling hills. The reserve is the best park for game in Kenya as it has an extensive road and track network which allows for close range viewing and photography. Break for your picnic lunch at the hippo pool, looking out for hippos and crocodile. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

DAY 6: MASAI MARA – NAIROBI
After breakfast and morning game viewing ,depart the Mara region for Nairobi with lunch enroute arriving in Nairobi in the evening drop off hotel.
